I stayed at the hotel and had a fantastic experience overall. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and huge compared to other places I've stayed. However, being a light traveler, I struggled to find storage space for my bag and clothes. The view of Skytree from the 18th floor was impressive.

The hotel offers a nice view of SkyTree nearby, but it was damn strange to have a basin in the room itself. It was freezing cold every night, despite asking the staff multiple times not to lower the AC from singles to doubles.

Rooms

The basin in the room was an unusual setup, and the temperature control issue was frustrating.

The service was a mixed bag, with some staff going out of their way to help, while others seemed impatient. They did assist with bookings like the hotel-airport shuttle bus.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with a nice bathroom and a view of the Tokyo Sky Tree. The staff are very polite and professional, assisting with check-in/out processes and providing introductions to nearby attractions. The location is perfect for exploring the traditional Japanese streets, with easy access to restaurants and transport options. The dining experience offers a great variety of choices with stunning views of the Skytree. However, there were booking mishaps, and the area felt dark and cold.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels, which was a plus. However, the size was not fit for four people as advertised. The service was a bit below expectations; the staff knew surprisingly little English for a Tokyo hotel, which was a drawback. On the bright side, they were extremely polite and helpful, making us feel special. The location was a bit further from the metro than expected, but on top of the Tsuzuka Express stop, allowing easy access to the entire Tokyo subway system and close to Senso-ji and the surrounding shopping and dining areas. The dining experience was a bit of a hit or miss; worth it for those with hearty appetites due to the extensive buffet but needing improvement for those with different palates. Overall, the hotel offers some great features, but there are some areas that could be better.

The hotel offers a fantastic view over Senso-ji Temple and Asakusa Shrine, although the rooms were a bit cramped for 2 adults and 2 kids, which is common in Tokyo. The service, especially at the concierge, was top-notch and very helpful. The location is excellent, near major attractions, but a bit far from the Tawaramachi Station. The dining experience was wonderful, especially with the 360 view and fabulous breakfast options.

Rooms

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms offered nice views but there was a lingering smell of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The comfort level was good, but being located at the end of the corridor was a bit inconvenient.

Rooms
7.0
I enjoyed the nice views from the room, but unfortunately, there was a noticeable cigarette smell despite it being a no-smoking room. The comfort level was decent, though the room's location at the end of the corridor was a minor inconvenience.
Service
6.0
The service was a mix of experiences. Initially, the staff were very kind and attentive, which is typical for a hotel in Japan. However, upon departure, they were rude and ignorant, which was unexpected and disappointing. Despite this, they did go above and beyond in some instances.
Location
8.0
The location of the hotel was a good base for exploring Asakusa sights, being very close to the Temple and not far from the SkyTree. It was convenient with multiple nearby subway stations and easy access to a main train station for connections to Narita Airport.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were extensive but more geared towards the Japanese palate. While the food was great, it came at a bit of a higher price point at Yen 2300 per person per day.
Facilities

The facilities at the hotel were satisfactory, offering basic amenities for guests. However, there were no additional standout features that particularly impressed.

My stay at the hotel was lovely, with a nice view of the Tokyo Super tree from the alcove in the room. The breakfast spread was reasonably good, but the rooms were a bit small for four people with luggage. Nevertheless, the room I had was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions like Asakusa Temple and the local market, making it perfect for exploring Tokyo. While the rooms were spacious for Japanese standards and the staff was helpful, the lack of an iron in the room was a minor inconvenience. The price for a night's stay is around 3040,000 yen, offering decent value for the services provided.

Rooms

The rooms were surprisingly big by Japanese standards, and the staff was very helpful during my stay.
Service

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for Japanese standards, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. The excellent view of Tokyo Sky Tree and Asakusa Cannon Temple made the experience even more memorable, though the presence of 3 single beds was a bit unusual. The location was convenient, close to local sights and the subway, but the distance to Tawaramachi Station might require a brief walk. The dining experience was a mix of highs and lows, with a wonderful dinner buffet on the 26th floor but an early closure. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were big for Japanese standards and the staff was very helpful. The beds were comfortable, although having 3 single beds was unexpected. The view of Tokyo Sky Tree and Asakusa Cannon Temple was a fantastic bonus.
Service
7.0
The staff was all beautiful, so pleasant and welcoming, typical of the service expected in a Japanese hotel. However, they were unhelpful when we needed assistance with the AC, which unfortunately was never resolved despite multiple requests.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to the local subway, Asakusa Tonoji Temple, and other nearby attractions. The short walk to TK line was manageable, although the distance to Tawaramachi Station was a bit far at about 12 minutes. Despite this, there were plenty of food and market options nearby and convenient shuttle services to both Haneda and Narita airports.
Dining
7.0
The hotel's dining options were a mixed experience. While the dinner buffet on the 26th floor was wonderful, the dining area was often crowded, and the early closure time was inconvenient. Booking a room with breakfast included is recommended, especially for the selection and value offered.
Facilities

The facilities were satisfactory, offering typical amenities for a hotel of this caliber. While nothing extraordinary, they provided all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.
